As Director of Advanced Markets with Baystate Financial, Jason M. Bourdeau works with high-net-worth families and closely held businesses in the areas of estate, charitable, business succession, and executive benefit planning. Clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex planning strategies into creative but straight forward solutions to their most pressing financial challenges.
Jason joined Baystate in 2018, bringing 23 years of insurance and financial services industry experience. Before joining Baystate, he held positions with several major insurance carriers, primarily focused on advanced planning strategies such as: premium financing, private and business split dollar planning, non-qualified deferred compensation, executive bonus plans, and buy/sell planning.
Jason has earned a CLU and ChFC designations from The American College of Financial Services and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 66 securities licenses as well as state insurance licenses. Jason graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He currently resides in Suffield, CT with his wife Melissa and two daughters.
