As the Chief Supervisory Officer at Baystate Financial, Brad Simond leads the firm’s supervisory team and advises both agency leadership and individual representatives on a wide range of internal and external rules, regulations, and policies.

Brad holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and maintains his Series 7, 24, and 53 registrations. He began his career in 2007 at a MassMutual agency, later joining MassMutual corporate in 2013 as a Regional Supervisory Director. He brought his experience to Baystate Financial in 2023.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife—especially on cruises and amusement parks—cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, and spending time with his three children.
