As Director of Talent Management, Ashley Harris is responsible for Managing the operational side of Baystate Financial’s recruiting department while partnering with Managing Directors to refine interview procedures, strengthen candidate relationships, and support long-term success and retention in alignment with the firm’s financial planning mission.

Before joining Baystate Financial, Ashley was a Financial Advisor and Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual, where she advised clients on their financial planning needs and recruited top Boston talent. She brings five years of experience rooted in talent acquisition and strengthened by hands-on advisory work.

Ashley holds an Integrative Studies Degree from Paul Smiths College focusing on Business Management, Hotel Ecotourism and Environmental Science, and holds Life Producer/Accident & health, Long-term Care/Annuities licenses.

Ashley resides near Portsmouth NH with her Husband and Samoyed Dog Beau, where they enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape of the white mountains, seacoast, and lakes. She loves sharing and cooking her Italian heritage and Grandmas family recipes with others when she hosts.
