
Chris Andricopoulos is an Associate Partner with Baystate Financial, where he is focused on serving clients and supporting the firm’s continued growth throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. Baystate Financial is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial confidence through comprehensive planning, personalized guidance, and long-term relationships.
Originally from Smithtown, New York, on Long Island, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University, where he was also a Division I lacrosse player. He began his career in financial services as a college intern in 2006 and joined the profession full-time in 2007. Throughout his career, Chris has held a variety of leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in advisor development, business growth, and client engagement.
Chris brings nearly two decades of industry experience and a passion for helping others build successful futures. His leadership style is rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and financial professionals alike.
Chris lives in Darien, Connecticut, with his wife, Kelly, and their four children: Liam, Brodie, Cooper, and Pippa. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth hockey, lacrosse, and soccer, as well as spending time on the golf course.
A strong believer in giving back, Chris is actively involved in philanthropic and community initiatives. He has been a dedicated supporter of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, helping raise funds for childhood cancer research. He also serves on the board of Companions in Courage, a nonprofit organization that builds interactive playrooms in children’s hospitals across the country. Through his fundraising and advocacy efforts, Chris has helped secure support for initiatives that bring comfort, connection, and joy to children facing serious illnesses.
