Gwyn is the Director of Business Development for PlanWell. In this role, she prospects new opportunities to growth the program along with nurturing and expanding existing relationships. She partners with both internal and external leaders to ensure a smooth implementation of the program on an ongoing basis.
Before joining Baystate Financial, Gwyn worked in resource management at Digitas, where she acted as a casting director and oversaw a team of over 100 employees across multiple disciplines. With over five years of experience starting in recruiting, Gwyn is a people-driven professional who loves connecting with others, spotting opportunities, and helping people succeed. She thrives on collaboration and enjoys finding creative solutions to support both clients and colleagues.
Gwyn earned her bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and psychology from Elon University. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her running (marathons, half-marathons, or turkey trots), exploring new travel destinations, spending time with friends and family, walking her pug named Tug, or discovering the best sushi spots around Boston.
