Michelle Foley serves as Operations Manager at Baystate Financial, where she is responsible for overseeing the contracting and onboarding of Financial Advisors and supporting the firm’s daily operational functions. Since beginning her career in Financial Services in 2004, Michelle has held a broad range of roles across Operations, Compliance, Contracting, Licensing, New Business, and Advisor Support, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its regulatory environment.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University and maintains her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. In addition, she holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 66 registrations, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Michelle resides in Plainville, Connecticut, and enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends.
