About Calvin Chin

Calvin Chin serves as Director of New Advisor Development at Baystate Financial, where he partners with recruiting, training, and leadership teams to support the growth and success of new advisors. Through comprehensive onboarding, coaching, skill development, and ongoing accountability, Calvin helps advisors build the confidence, capabilities, and foundation needed to establish thriving, long-term practices.

With more than a decade of experience in training and development within the financial services industry, Calvin is passionate about helping advisors grow both professionally and personally. His approach centers on providing practical guidance, meaningful support, and the tools advisors need to navigate the early stages of their careers while building sustainable businesses.

A Massachusetts native, Calvin grew up in Brookline and currently resides in West Roxbury with his wife, Michelle, and their son, Julian. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his son at hockey and lacrosse games and spending time with his family.
